Processing & Cutoff Times We ship on weekdays only. The cutoff time for same-day shipping is 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after noon or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Transit Times Transit times for standard shipping methods (USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Flat Rate Shipping) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays can occur and are outside our control.

Guaranteed Delivery For guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please select an Express or Expedited Shipping option at checkout, or contact us before ordering to confirm delivery timing.
Signature Required For the security of your order, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $750. Please ensure someone is available to sign at the shipping address.
International Orders We ship internationally. For international orders, please email us your order list and shipping address (including postal code) before placing your order.
Damaged Items All damaged item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the box, shipping label, packaging, and damaged item are required. Claims reported after 24 hours or without required photos are not eligible for replacement.
