Warranty
At Black Hole USA, we stand behind the quality of every rod and blank we sell. We double-check all blanks, rods, and components before shipping to ensure they are free of defects. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help.
Warranty Term
- Regular-priced items: One year from the date of purchase through an official Black Hole USA dealer.
- Clearance/sale items: Six months from the date of purchase.
Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in the rod blank only.
Exclusions
The following are not covered under our warranty:
- Breakage caused by bending the rod with your hand, a weight, or an object
- Accidental or non-fishing-related damage
- Swinging or lifting a fish to the boat with the rod alone (always grab the line and use a net or gaff)
- High-sticking (lifting the rod beyond 45 degrees while a fish is on)
- Component issues including guides, reel seat, handle, or any part other than the blank
- Lost / Stolen
Replacement Guides
We carry spare guides for select models and can mail replacement guides upon request. Contact us for availability.
Replacement Policy
- The first replacement is free (excluding shipping cost) within the applicable warranty period.
- Clearance items are covered for six months from the date of purchase.
Product Registration (Required Before Warranty Claims)
To activate your warranty and ensure faster service, please register your product using the form below. Registration must be completed before a warranty claim can be processed.
After You Submit Your Warranty Registration
After you submit your warranty registration, our team will review the information to determine whether your warranty can be activated or rejected. Once your warranty is activated, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then be able to log in and view your warranty certificate. From there, you can submit a warranty claim if anything happens in the future.
