Retail Purchases - Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, brand-new items within **14 days** from the purchase date.
Please ensure that the items are in their original condition. Our policy allows for the return of up to one item at a time to ensure a smooth and secure process for all our customers. Additionally, please note that a return surcharge of $10 will be added for each return transaction.
Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
For apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask you to check your size using the size chart provided. Thank you.
Wholesale Purchases - Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale purchases. All wholesale sales are final.
No Rod Built Charts:
We do NOT offer guide spacing or built charts for our rods. If you require assistance, we recommend consulting with a certified rod builder in your local area. You can also find and contact our authorized dealers from here.
One-Year Warranty:

Note: We ship on weekdays, and the cutoff time for shipping is noon Eastern Standard Time.
*Transit times for standard shipping methods (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Flat Rate Shipping) are estimates and NOT guaranteed. Delays with carriers can occur, and we are not responsible for these delays.
*For guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please choose Express or Expedited Shipping options, or contact us before purchasing to confirm delivery timing.
*For international orders, please submit via email along with your order list and your shipping address, including postal code.
