Question: 

Hello, I was thinking of ordering one of the 9'6" moderate fast Striped Bass Special surf blanks and was wondering how much more backbone would you say it has compared to the 9'6" Suzuki rod.

I am looking for something light but can also put some heat on a big fish. Thought this rod would do the trick. Let me know your thoughts and suggestions. Thank you for your time.

Well, I definitely would say that the Striped Bass has way more backbone than the Suzuki... You will be very happy with the results.
