This won’t last.... You can feel it in the air. It’s getting to low 50s in the mornings. Fall is here even if it’s still summer. The switch has passed. We are in the fall run. It feels early. It feels like the start of October. Will this run last? Will the over slot bass still make its way by? The bait is ever so plentiful. Bait for miles. Where are they? So many questions. But as an angler, you have to trust mother nature. Trust that she keeps the waters fruitful with Bonitos, Blues, and albies with the occasional mid-30s” fish mixed in. The post new moon has been tough, but this one slipped in my grasp. Slowly highlighted, with an approach to appreciate every cast that’s left in the season. Enjoy!
